I was a quiet and shy girl at PA -even though I was in the band and was a Majorette- but while growing older, I've found my voice and my life's passions. I have three great grown childiren and 4 grands! I am on my second chapter of life after a divorce of a 29 yr. marriage back in 2005. Life has a way of shaking your tree! It turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to me! I pointed to a place on a map and started life in a new town where I knew no one; so here I am in Winston Salem, NC these last 11 yrs and loving it! It's a city of arts and education: Wake Forest Univ. I am now following the dreams I put on hold to raise my children. I am a fiber artist, quilter, and quilt teacher. I started a local guild and it's become a fun and supportive community! I still love camping - (although now I drive a 38ft motorhome!), gardening, wildlife, and my wonderful pets including chickens!
